All nail sets are made-to-order and hand-painted with care. Because of the custom nature of each design, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for sizing issues. Please be sure to double-check your measurements before placing an order to guarantee the best fit.

Sizing
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate nail measurements. We highly recommend using a sizing kit before ordering to ensure your set will fit perfectly.

Shipping & Tracking
Every order comes with a tracking number once shipped. Please note that Nano Nailz is not responsible for delays, lost, or misplaced packages caused by USPS or any other carrier.
